The 14-Day Advantage

If you purchase the Trip, Tour & Cruise Protection coverage within 14 days of the date of your initial trip deposit and insure the total non-refundable value of your trip, we will waive the Pre-Existing Conditions Exclusion for you, your travel companions, and all immediate family members covered within the policy.

Trip Cancellation & Medical Evacuation

This coverage provides many benefits. If you, or anyone covered by the policy are forced to cancel or interrupt your prearranged trip due to an unforeseen Covered Reason occurring after your Date of Application, we will pay up to the limit you select for one or more of the following:

• Pre-Departure Cancellation or Adjustment
• Travel Delay
• Trip Interruption
• Curtailment & Return
• Occupancy Adjustment
• Emergency Medical Evacuations and Repatriation of Remains

Medical Coverage

This coverage provides primary 24-hour, worldwide coverage for accidental death and medical expenses. This is especially important if you are covered by Medicare and are traveling outside the USA. Medicare may not provide coverage, except in very limited circumstances.

• Medical & Dental: Will pay up to the amount of coverage you select. Coverage is primary to all other coverages. Limits available are: $5,000, $10,000 & $15,000.
• Repatriation of Remains: If death occurs on the trip, we will pay the extra expense incurred for homeward carriage of the remains. The limit for this benefit equals the medical limit you select.
• Accidental Death & Dismemberment: If accidental death, dismemberment or loss of sight occurs while traveling we will pay up to the amount of coverage you select. Limits available are: $50,000, $100,000 & $150,000.

Baggage Coverage

This coverage provides round the clock protection, up to the coverage limits you select, for personal effects. This includes lost, stolen or damaged baggage anywhere in the world.

• Baggage Loss or Damage: If baggage is lost, stolen or damaged while on the trip, we will pay the actual cash value, up to the limit you select. Limits available are: $1,000 & $2,000.
• Baggage Delay: We will pay up to $100 for emergency purchase of essential items if the baggage is misrouted or lost for more than 24 hours after you arrive at a destination, other than your residence.
• Document Protection: We will pay for administrative costs to replace your lost or stolen passports or transportation tickets.
