The staff at Pousada do Boqueirao is very professional and friendly. They speak Italian, English, French and Spanish. The Pousada has a nice restaurant that overlooks the All Saints Bay and offers delicious Bahian food. The breakfast is a must. Don’t miss the Pao Delicia (a flour bread roseate with cheese). They also offer old style laundry service for an extra cost, but your clothing will be ironed to perfection.

The location is a plus for this Pousada. Pelourinho has been recuperated and named Historical Heritage Site by UNESCO. Therefore, restaurants, bars and cafes are in old colonial buildings which give so much charm to the place. Artisan shops and many artists’ studios are located within steps of the Pousada do Boqueirao.
