This pousada has 15 comfortable rooms and an amazing view of the Morro do Pico. It has an infinity pool, incredible food and is reputed to be the best pousada on the island. This pousada also offers Special rooms with whirlpools on verandas.
Due to the strict construction restrictions on the island, many accommodation options are converted fisherman houses with precarious infrastructures. Few quality options exist and due to the island’s high demand they charge high prices. The island has only 4 accommodation options that DiscoverBrazil recommends. Pousada Ze Maria is one of the best.
