Day 1, Sunday
01:40 Arrival at airport of Manaus with transfer to Hotel Tropical, 15 minutes away. Check in Hotel Tropical.
09:00 Breakfast
10:00 Check out hotel, followed with visit to Manaus centre to see the local market located near Negro river. Walk around Opera building (on Sunday closed but with flea market instead).
12:00 Lunch at original churrascaria restaurant downtown.
13:30 Transfer to regional boat with check in.
14:30 Departure boat, sailing upstream Rio Negro.
17:00 Stop at one of the many white beaches for a swim and sunset motorized canoe trip.
19:00 Happy hour followed with dinner. Rest of evening free. (Boat will sail for additional 4 hours to the Anavilhanas archipelago.)
Day 2, Monday
06:00 Early morning bird watching tour in the largest fresh water archipelago in the world in motorized canoes.
08:00 Breakfast with start tour houseboat through this archipelago.
13:00 Dinner with commencing downstream Rio Negro river trip with arrival Ponta Negra beach later in afternoon.
19:00 Happy Hour followed with dinner.
20:30 Visit to the boulevard of Ponta Negra (transfer by means of canoes). Walk on this boulevard with chance to see folkloristic show and to drink local caipirinha.
23:00 Return to houseboat.
Day 3, Tuesday
07:00 Start downstream tour /breakfast. The following hour the skyline of Manaus is seen with the Floating Pier, Mercado and Opera Building. Later in the morning the ' Meeting of the Waters ', the place where in Brazil the Amazon River is born where a short upstream trip of the Solimoes river will be made prior to the continuation of the downstream Amazon river trip.
15:00 Arrival small typical Amazon community named 'Engenho'. The houseboat will anchor nearby.
16:00 Fishing for the famous black piranha and big catfish, later followed with alligator spotting.
20:00 Happy Hour with dinner. Opportunity to meet local people at floating market later that evening.
Day 4, Wednesday
07:00 After breakfast boarding of motorized canoes for bird watching trip. This region is known to be very rich in bird species. Special will be the encounter with the legendary pink dolphin and its little grey dolphin cousins. The largest water lily in the world, known as the Vitoria Regia, can be seen in this region by the hundreds. A local family founding this small community and known for growing sugar cane and pineapples are visited.
13:00 Lunch and check out of accommodation.
14:00 Transfer to Amazonat Jungle Lodge.
14:45 Arrival Amazonat Jungle Lodge with check in formalities for Robert Happe seminar and lodge.
16:00 Reconnaissance tour in the lodge followed with a nightly spider trek.
19:30 Dinner, rest of evening free.

Day 5, Thursday
07:30 Breakfast.
09:00 Jungle trek with total duration of 3 to 4 hours. Tour will show the visitor the forest of the lodge with all its diversity of medicinal plants, trees with special characteristics, its population. The guides will demonstrate navigation and survival techniques. During the trip one of two basic survival camps is shown where the guest can decide to return later that afternoon for an overnight experience.

14:00 Robert Happe Seminar - Part 2
15:00 Departure for jungle overnight tour for volunteers. BBQ in the jungle with nightly jungle trek. Night will be spent in hammocks under authentic jungle conditions. Return trip at 07.00 next morning.
15:00 For non-interested survivors 11/2 hr. tour in orchid parks is organized.
19:30 Dinner for guests not visiting jungle camp.

Day 6, Friday

10:00 Departure by bus to town of Itacoatiara, the oldest town of the State of Amazonas. The centre of this town will be visited including park dedicated to rubber extracting era and the mysterious stone on the market square. Lunch served in restaurant on Amazon river bank.
13:30 Visit to lumber yard known as MIL Madereiras that is practising Sustainable Forest Management. All wood from this Company has Green Label approved by the Rainforest Alliance. Guests will be made familiar with principles of this initiative and will be shown the several departments. Return to lodge scheduled 17.00 hrs.

Day 7, Saturday
07:30 Breakfast
09:00 Departure for full day river trip in Urubu River. Like the Negro river this Urubu River is dominated by dark water but has survived the time of civilization in a much better preserved condition. Visited will be waterfalls, an Igapo – that is a forest growing in the water – with lunch served alongside the riverbank of a small pousada. Since black water rivers are generally known to be safe, swimming will be permitted here from one of the many white sandy beaches. A local family is visited that is trying to make an existence in the growing of manioc. A sunset river trip with the possibility of meeting grey dolphins will make this trip another one of beauty. Return trip 19.00 hrs.

Day 8, Sunday
07:30 Breakfast. This day is in principle kept free of any activity. Relaxing day. For the guests liking to explore more of the forest and infrastructure of the lodge; this can be communicated at any time in the lodge with no extra charge.
